At SquareOne our navigators strive to make a non-judgmental space where you are only required to disclose the information you’re comfortable sharing. You can expect to have a one-on-one conversation with a staff member where we review your concerns, discuss options you may have already tried, and identify your goals.

Navigators will discuss options with you to determine which resources would be the right fit for your needs. At SquareOne, you determine how much support you would like. We are happy to email you a list of resources you can contact on your own but we are also ready and willing to assist you in prioritizing needs, making calls, and figuring out next steps. A navigator will then follow up with you at a later date to check in and see if and how we can further assist you. We want you to feel supported at the level you feel most comfortable.
